A turn of the screw for Enigma. The à la carte menu has been replaced with a tasting menu with about twenty courses and some wine pairing options. The menu changes every month according to seasonal products. The standouts include kuzu suizen with squid in ink or basil spaghetti with cold tomato soup. Extensive wine list. Everything is exquisite and has been studied with care: tableware, glassware, cutlery. Very efficient service. Albert Adrià in action!
