A well-designed layout, with tables that are not on top of each other. The kitchen is in the centre of the venue, visible to all diners. A very complete, exquisite set menu, where every detail has been studied. There’s also an à la carte menu. Impeccable waiting staff. A good wine selection with the odd reasonable-priced option. Quite a show! The Torres brothers in their utmost splendour.
