After participating on MasterChef, Bilbao native Aitana introduces her personal project. A unique restaurant that features egg in many of the dishes. The absolute favourite is, of course, her famous Spanish omelette with fried onion or truffle, which we can enjoy at the bar any time of day. The menu features starters, "broken eggs" and different Spanish omelettes, all of which are perfect to share. You might also want to try the oxtail brioche, the Robuchon-style "broken eggs", and the semi-liquid three-cheese cheesecake for dessert. Ideal for sharing a meal.
