The place distils a sense of green tranquillity, with all the nuances in the details and a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The intention is simple: to make the client feel at home. This is achieved in its traditional cuisine with small avant-garde touches. Classics that never go out of fashion, such as garlic soup and duelos y quebrantos (a Quixotean dish of scrambled eggs and chorizo) are the mainstays of the menu. The croquettes and the mixed vegetables are delicious too. In other words, timeless comfort food.
