Viridiana

A shrine to signature cuisine with a care for details. Premium ingredients and seasonal produce. Lots of TLC. Soups and stews, game and excellent meat and fish. Fried eggs served with a mushroom and truffle mousse, curried lentils, roasted marrow and much more. A place to visit with time to spare. The chef and owner Abraham García is an institution in Madrid and recites the off-menu dishes. A veritable ritual! A classic venue, quite small, set on on two floors. Professional service. Extensive wine cellar. Prices don’t suit every pocket, but reflect the quality of the menu. You must visit this place at least once, but it will be difficult not to go back for more.
