The most informal offering by Chef Dabiz Muñoz on the top floor of the El Corte Inglés store in Serrano street. International, creative street food with powerful flavours and daring combinations that push the limits. The menu changes regularly and has around twenty dishes to share. Some of the essential hits are included: the Peking dumpling, the pork belly saam or the steamed club sandwich. The bar counter is the only option to have a seat; they also have two private rooms and a spacious terrace. It is one of the most popular venues in the city and does not take bookings, so there is always a really long wait before entering. A worthwhile experience. Frantic pace both in the kitchen and in the music.
