The first venue of this highly successful restaurant first opened its doors in Calle Ponzano over ten years ago. The new restaurant features a wider and more comfortable version of their fabulous bar, where the product is displayed, as well as reserved seating. They continue to serve small portions of originally prepared seasonal products. A few of their hits are the chuletón cenital (raw steak roll) and the Rolex (egg yolk wrapped in bacon), as well as new and surprising dishes such as the smoked herring and aubergine or the artichoke flower.
