The Tudela riverbank has arrived in the city in the form of this restaurant located just a few metres from Santa Ana square, and which has become a reference in vegetable-based cuisine. And, my, what vegetables! The venue’s décor is modern and a little cold, with a bar counter at the entrance for enjoying some tapas. There are two dining rooms and an open kitchen. Market-fresh menu dominated by premium-quality seasonal vegetables that are well prepared. Different menu options: tasting, of the day or adapted for vegetarians, vegans or gluten-intolerant diners. Slightly limited wine list and friendly staff. Who knew eating veggies could be so exciting? Definitely worth a visit.
