Andoni Luis Aduriz presents his asador with an offering centred around the flame grill. In an open-concept space with wooden tables and a spare décor, the centrepiece is the counter bar that surrounds the grill area, where the only option is the tasting menu. If you want to dine à la carte, you have to book a table. Small dishes with a distinct flame-grilled flavour and a clear emphasis on vegetables, plus surprising desserts that have also passed over the flame. The charred courgette and the fantastic Iberian pork belly toast are not to be missed. A different experience that aims to show there's room in grill houses for more than the typical T-bone steak.
