Their ground-floor premises in the heart of the Gros district haven’t kept them from creating a dining room with plenty of charm, well-laid tables and privacy between them. A family business, with a well-trained chef who offers tried-and-true signature cuisine. This may be the land of T-bone steaks, which they do serve, but the real stars are the Martini scallop gratin, the red tuna with vinaigrette or the toasted bread with port-stewed lamb.
