Small neighbourhood bar in the newer part of Bilbao. Unpretentious, with only a few tables. Their potato omelette is in the city’s champions league. And the Olivier salad and croquettes aren’t far behind. They do a set menu and a limited number of dishes, all delicious. Tripe, begihandi squid in ink sauce or black pudding with peppers. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. A safe bet.
