Traditional grill house revamped. Chef Unai Campo buys premium seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. He works the grill with outstanding skill and expertise. Creative and full of good ideas. The charcoal-grilled elvers and goose barnacles, the scarlet shrimp with egg, and the grilled kokotxas with baby squid powder deserve a standing ovation. Good waiting staff and excellent wine list. True masters of fire. Surprising.
