The venue occupies the former stables of the Palacio de los Duques. The space is divided into three zones: the dining room, a private room for twenty diners and the terrace in the historical garden. A short menu with around fifteen proposals made using seasonal ingredients, which changes twice a week. A tasting menu made up of around a dozen dishes. Some of its dishes are a nod to traditional Madrid-style recipes, though updated with the unmistakable creative touch of the Torres brothers. A good selection of wines, some surprising. Friendly, impeccable service. Loads of TLC in its kitchen!
