As a novelty, he has introduced Wagyu beef in steak tartare and sushi. The extensive menu includes sushi, sashimi, maki, rice and noodles, among other options. Tasting menu and a very popular executive set menu available at lunchtime. The establishment is cosy, with state-of-the-art décor, but is rather noisy when full. The private dining area at the entrance is quieter. Attentive service and good list of wines and sakes.
