Hika by Roberto Ruiz

A space bringing together oenology and gastronomy. Surrounded by vineyards in a natural setting with views of the hill. Slow-cooked, wood- and coal-fired Basque specialities. They use produce from their own vegetable garden and the local area. Interesting tasting menu. You can't leave without trying the spectacular Tolosa beans served with all their trimmings and the farmhouse chicken. Make sure your food is washed down with a glass of their excellent txakolí Hika. If you want you can visit the txakolí wine cellar. An idyllic place and a must-visit.
