The Tolosa sensation. Cosy, design interior with impeccable aesthetics. This is the project of two young chefs from the Basque Culinary Centre. Gorka ruling the kitchen and Javi handling the tables invite us to live the history of Basque farmhouses and cuisine. They are ambassadors of local producers and they present a tasting menu and an à la carte menu designed for sharing. Sheep, rabbit, leek, among other options, in a menu that evolves with the season. Enthusiasm and savoir-faire. Limited tables make booking advisable. Unbeatable service. You’ll want to come back and be pampered again.
