Japanese L-shaped bar counter for 10 people. No more, no less. Martín, the chef and waiter, takes your order, explains every dish in detail, cooks it and serves it. Tasting menu and short à la carte menu; it's very difficult to choose because everything is very inviting. The ingredients are excellent and the menu is constantly changing. Maresme peas with white and black botifarra sausage, pork jowl in the Santi Santamaria style, skate in butter sauce and monochrome Puigcerdà pears are some of the dishes on offer. Wine, spirits and craft beers. A luxury in Puigcerdà!
