Basque farmhouse converted into a traditional grill house located on Artxanda hill on the outskirts of Bilbao in a lovely setting with magnificent views. A must for fans of grilled T-bone steak, which comes from the Friesian breed and is dry-aged for 35 to 40 days. The fried eggs with blood sausage, the chorizo, the green peppers, when in season, and, for dessert, the Spanish-style French toast are much recommended. Indoor dining room, a terrace and an area with long benches and tables in the garden. T-bone steaks made more accessible.
