The first pinsa restaurant in the city. Consisting of lighter and more digestible dough than that of traditional pizzas. Made from a mixture of speciality flours that have a better flavour. Good Italian restaurant serving top-quality food with a menu adapted for gluten-intolerant diners. The burrata with tomato and the lasagne are delicious. Inviting, nicely-decorated interior. Nice and friendly staff. What they do, they do very well.
