Lovely, quiet restaurant that is a must for fans of Japanese food. Excellent raw ingredients, creative, well-made options. Excellent mastery of filleting fish. Wild boar gyoza, nigiri, tempura and carpaccio. Very attentive staff. Superb wine selection. Lovely, elegant interior with a vertical garden and a bar where you can watch the food being prepared. As good as its counterparts in other cities.
