Restaurant located in La Albufera, in the Nou Racó complex, a typical venue for celebrations and events. As well as the main dining room, there are several private rooms, gardens and outdoor terraces, a play area and a jetty for boat trips. The offering is based on traditional Valencian cuisine with a focus on rice dishes and regional starters, all made with locally-sourced ingredients.
