Historic establishment in the Russafa district that combines a modern décor with classic Valencian tiles. Two zones: a dining room at the entrance and another room behind the kitchen. Traditional market-fresh dishes but made with modern techniques. Some original offerings like anchovies in vinegar frittata, burrata stracciatella with dried tomato pesto and crunchy crab bao. They also do a sharing menu. Very good service and quiet ambiance.
