True to its name, the restaurant specialises in high-quality cured and cold meats, as well as classic tapas like cuttlefish, croquettes and broad beans with ham. An extensive wine list with wine bottles lining the walls. It is usually busy for breakfast and esmorzaret, a Valencian-style brunch. They have other venues in the city.
