Surprising and unclassifiable. This is the restaurant of Chef Rakel Cernicharo, the winner of Top Chef 2017. Her artistic vision of cuisine derives from her love of music and painting. She offers three tasting menus based on a single theme, for example smoke, embers and fire, or colours. The menus are paired with natural wines, some of which are limited editions. This modern venue has two dining areas, one on the ground floor and another in the cellar, as well as high tables and a bar that gives onto the kitchen for a more casual dining experience.
