This matured meat temple is located on the outskirts of Valencia. The menu is made up of top-quality Galician meat and locally-sourced ingredients. Don’t miss the burger made from T-bone steak matured for five hundred days, the one-year dry-aged steak tartare, or the Rubia matured for one hundred and sixty days. For starters, you can't go wrong with the twice-cooked artichokes or the croquettes made from regular beef and cured beef. Good desserts to round off the experience.
