International fusion with eastern influences blends with local products at this venue run by Chef Fernando Alcalá. Defined as a multicultural Andalucian restaurant, the offering comprises two tasting menus and nothing else: one is short and the other long, with optional pairing. The menus change every few weeks and are updated with recipes from the chef’s international leanings. Some of the dishes served in the past include gazpachuelo made from roasted fermented butternut squash, red prawn and spicy olive oil, and cajun sausage with black chanterelle toffee, marinated wild mushrooms and fermented lettuce. Will leave you pleasantly surprised.
