One of the best paellas in Málaga, thanks to prime raw produce and carefully controlled cooking time. There are dry and soupy rice dishes, and fideuá noodle dishes. Most outstanding are the rice with duck, mushrooms and foie gras or the Valencian paella with chicken, green beans, butter beans and rabbit, flavoured with rosemary. Children's menu available. Good wine list with reasonable prices. Look for their sister restaurant in La Térmica. Rice dishes in the purest style of the Levante.
