This stall selling Japanese food prepared by Japanese chefs is located in the Antón Martín market. It all started with a bar counter with wooden stools inspired in the Japanese izakaya and now it takes up almost half of the market’s ground floor. Excellent fresh sushi is prepared to order, although they also serve noodles and gyoza. Don’t forget to try their strawberry cheesecake mochis: they are to die for. Everything is at really affordable prices. A veritable temple for lovers of Japanese culture and food.
