A special tavern with simple, welcoming décor located in the Salamanca neighbourhood. At the entrance there is a Jerez-style stall, an informal bar serving fortified wine and a selection of tapas. Then, the dining room brings to mind the original tavern. Seasonal menu and excellent raw ingredients all prepared with TLC. Highlights include the salted delicacies, the homemade marinated dishes and the game. They also do half-platters. Everything is cooked to perfection. Very good service. Marian and her team ensure that diners feel at home.
