Since it opened on 23 February 1981, coinciding with the failed military coup, this place has become a classic for good Asturian food. Among its specialities are: verdina beans with lobster, fabada and pote stews and wonderful game and mushroom dishes during the season. For dessert, the rice pudding is a must. Old-fashioned wine list. Daily set menu and several tasting menus for two. Unique premises decorated in oak with trophy animals on the walls. Next door is the store where they sell their raw material. Perfect for soups and stews lovers. It doesn’t disappoint.
