A classic among classics. It was opened in Madrid in 1943 by Otto Horcher himself. Traditional and bourgeois, it is one of the most historic and elegant restaurants in the capital. Top-level service, no detail goes overlooked. Central European cuisine featuring game dishes and desserts. Some of the classics include consommé Don Victor or partridge à la presse, and - believe it or not - the hamburger. The signature dessert is Baumkuchen with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. Extensive wine list with great vintages. In a revolutionary move, gentlemen are only required to wear a dinner jacket. Prices reflect the setting. Ideal for enjoying an experience with all five senses. Long live Horcher!
