Francis Paniego’s kitchen in the heart of Logroño. Peculiar, cosy space with just six long communal tables and zero-impact décor, all in sustainable wood. The tables face the kitchen and have an auxiliary base where the vast majority of the dishes are finished. All in plain sight of customers, creating an honest connection. They also have a lovely terrace. The fare is simple and seasonal and served on platters. The menu includes the famous Echaurren croquettes and offal stews, like glazed pig’s ear. An enjoyable experience.
