The Paniego family has two restaurants in Ezcaray. The gastronomic temple, with Francis at the helm, and the traditional establishment formerly run by the deeply missed Marisa. The latter serves classic La Rioja dishes, most notably their famous croquettes, crystal peppers, stews, caparrón beans and fried hake. À la carte or tasting menu.
