The name, which in Basque means "heartbeat", is a clear indication of the young chefs’ ambition to create food with feeling. It looks like a simple bar but the cuisine is top quality, so what at first sight seems casual is actually exquisite. Some of the standouts are the lobster roll, burger, croquettes and – the house favourite – hake talo (type of thick tortilla). The drinks are on a par with the food, with some unusual wine labels and craft beers. Bihotzez!
