The Puigdevall family’s old farmhouse, surrounded by an organic garden that supplies most of their produce. Local cooking with savoury, old-style recipes transformed into delicate, subtle morsels of haute cuisine. No à la carte options, just two tasting menus, one omnivorous and another one vegetarian. Both are brilliant. Modern, avant-garde design that surprisingly blends in well with the surroundings. Excellent wine list, with a good representation of local labels. This is an example of a perfect combination of tradition, modernity and respect for the environment. A treat for the senses.
