The well-known Sicilian chef Andrea Tumbarello, known as the "truffle king", has returned to Barcelona and is cooking up 100% Italian cuisine. The à la carte menu features classics like the egg Millesime, risotto with cava and truffle, pear and gorgonzola fagottini, caramelised burrata and panna cotta with white truffle and honey. Short but classic wine list. Linen-draped tables in a venue with large picture windows, although perhaps to the detriment of privacy. The establishment still has a way to go.
