Three young chefs with different origins and backgrounds have given a twist to traditional Catalan cuisine, presenting it in a modern and daring way. The menu is original: diners choose from three main courses for sharing, each served with a variety of side dishes. These can be complemented with various starters and a couple of desserts. Favourites include the warm escudella salad, pasta and nougat ice cream. The wine list is extensive and features some unusual selections. All of this takes place in a historic setting, with Catalan vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. A place to watch as it evolves.
