The strong point is the chef and his authentic cuisine with a creative touch and good local product. Unbeatable set lunch menu. Favourites include their excellent rice dishes, cannelloni alla Fiorentina with cream of porcini mushroom, and any of their meat dishes accompanied by their exquisite Café de Paris sauce.
