Short dumplings and baos à la carte menu, all prepared with care and made to order, with the personal touch of Miramar’s Paco Pérez. Highlights include the duck saam, the Gocho bao with pork jowl, the Crispy bao with chicken, the Robao bao with oxtail and the Txipi bao with calamari and fried egg. Short wine list. The service is eager to please. Fair prices. Very appealing Asian place.
