Historic three-story building next to the cathedral of Santa Maria. Cosy interior presided over by a wood oven, a bar and spacious dining rooms. Rustic décor with lots of wood and dressed tables. The cuisine is traditional Basque, with seasonal dishes. Specialties include fish and meats grilled on holm oak embers and roast suckling lamb and suckling pig. Different menus for all occasions.
